How it stays honest.

Positive only.

A vouch says what you saw someone do well. There is no down-vote and no star rating.

Real overlap.

A confirmation stays only while the months you and a coworker share add up to at least two weeks.

You send the message.

Invites go out from your own phone. We never text anyone for you.

  • Sign in with a phone code, no passwords

Vouches from the people who saw the work.

Say what you saw them do well. They can show it on their profile.

If you two have a confirmed job together, this vouch shows a Verified coworker mark.
